BESPOKE PACKAGES

With our Bespoke Package, we sit down with the client and design the whole property.  We ensure all items needed to let the property out to a 5 star standard are included in the package, but the client has the option to add additional items to give a designer feel.

Bespoke Package Prices

Any properties with more than three bedrooms would be priced individually as part of our Bespoke Service.  As larger properties usually offer larger  living space there is not a standard solution when it comes to furnishings.  Therefore, each one is taylor made to the clients' specifications, with design advice and expertise from qualified designers.

If our clients prefer, the Bespoke Service can be offered for any property, from a one bedroom studio apartment to large manor house.  Many developers prefer this service as it offers a diverse and unusual solution, giving them individuality from their competition in a demanding business.
